Services
Make-good, maintenance and common property works
Four services for community housing providers, government housing agencies and owners corporations, each run as a managed process. Below is how every job is inspected, quoted, scheduled, completed, documented and handed back.
Service one
Vacant property make-good
Full turnaround of a vacated unit, from first inspection to ready-to-let handover. Every day a property sits empty is rent you are not collecting, so the process is built to remove waiting time rather than to fill it.
Service two
Responsive and programmed maintenance
Repairs and planned works in occupied homes. The technical work is routine; the part that matters to your organisation is how our people conduct themselves in someone's home, and whether the job is closed out properly the first time.
Service three
Building works and upgrades
Larger works that need a registered builder holding the risk, the sequencing and the compliance paperwork, held to the same quoting and documentation standard as a single repair.
Service four
Owners corporations and common property
Repairs and maintenance to common property for owners corporations and strata managers, quoted so a committee of non-experts can actually approve it. The technical work overlaps with everything above; what changes is who decides, and how the decision has to be documented.
Send us the job
Send through a scope, a vacancy list or a work order and we will arrange inspection and return an itemised quotation.
